Dawn E. Monn moved to Fayetteville, PA, in 1986 from Germantown, MD, where she presently lives with her husband, Doug. She graduated from Robert E. Peary High School, Rockville, MD, in 1980 and received an Associates Degree in Accounting from Wilson College in 1995.

Dawn has worked on real estate settlements since 1989 and received her PA Title Agent's license in 1994. Other affiliations include: member of the PA Land Title Institute, member of the American Business Women's Association and Secretary/Treasurer of the Waynesboro Exchange Club.
