The law firm of Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Evans, established in 1994, is located in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Our attorneys have 28 years of combined experience. We provide a broad range of legal services to individuals and business clients throughout Franklin, Fulton, Adams and Cumberland counties in Pennsylvania.

We represent clients in every level of the Pennsylvania state and Federal court systems.

Office Hours

Our office hours a are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your convenience we also offer after-hour appointments.

Clients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may schedule a time for you to meet with an attorney. The office telephone number for residents of Waynesboro, Greencastle and vicinity is 762-1415, and for our clients from Chambersburg and vicinity 263-9619.

A consultation fee is charged in all cases except personal injury cases.

Fees and Payment

In most cases you will be required to deposit a retainer, which is an advance deposit for services and costs.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are based upon an hourly rate. In some instances, a flat fee may be charged. In personal injury cases, if there is no recovery there is no fee for our time.

Fees are payable as follows:

1. Prepayment at the time of service.
2. Payment of balance in full within 30 days of monthly bill date.
3. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, or money order.

Accounts outstanding for more than 30 days will be subject to a $10.00 per month rebilling fee.
